Refund Policy

PrivacySweepApp™ is a $4.99 one-time digital product. Because access to the prompt kit and tooling is granted immediately after payment, all sales are final and refunds are not offered by default.

Exceptions

• Duplicate charges for the same account.
• Documented technical issues that prevent the kit from being delivered.

How to request a review

Contact us with your account email and the Stripe receipt. We review eligible refund requests within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve any access issue directly.
