We acknowledge every request within 5 business days, answer support and refund requests within 10 business days, and complete verified privacy rights requests within 30 days (extendable once, with notice, where the law allows). Verified deletions remove live data within 30 days and encrypted backups roll off within 90 days. If we decline a request, we tell you why and how to appeal.

PrivacySweepApp is a self-service toolkit. You review and send every request yourself. We do not contact data brokers, submit requests, monitor the internet, or act on your behalf, and we cannot guarantee any removal outcome.
